If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to request a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
